Thirteen employers with employees in the Netherlands responded to this survey, conducted between July 25 and August 22, 2023. This survey examines perquisites, also referred to as perks, in the areas of financial assistance, transportation, workplace flexibility, on-site well-being and conveniences, work/life, family/caregiving, employee happiness and voluntary benefits offered in the Netherlands.
