Scope of Work
Leave Optimization Forum
In 2019, Forum meetings and events addressed state and local paid leave laws; approaches and best practices for accommodations and inclusion; the promise and potential pitfalls of expanded parental leave; challenges of ‘going global’ with leave strategies; and new research, solutions and employer practices related to trending topics and Forum member priorities. These and other timely topics will be addressed in the coming years.
Benefits of Forum participation include:
- Two in-person meetings per year (remote participation available), each with a networking reception, and one virtual meeting;
- Forum-only benchmarking calls and webinar presentations;
- Opportunity to attend meetings hosted by employer members at their corporate HQ and participate remotely in most meetings if unable to attend in person;
- Access to Business Group’s Leave Optimization Forum staff; and
- Opportunities to support and contribute to Business Group content, including spotlights highlighting Forum member company leadership.
