According to the World Health Organization, health equity is achieved when everyone has the opportunity to reach their full health potential regardless of demographic, social and geographical differences¹.

Employers play a critical role in achieving health equity for people around the world, and the data shows this is a major priority for multinational employers². The 2024 Large Employer HealthCare Strategy Survey found that 95% of employers planned to implement at least one strategy to address health inequities by 2024.
