Designing the "Carrot” in Incentive Programs so that Behaviors Stick

Recent survey data found that after years of declining rates, well-being incentives are on the rise for employers, with 73% offering either incentives or disincentives in 2023. This may be fueled by growth in Lifestyle Spending Accounts (LSAs).
