Recent survey data found that after years of declining rates, well-being incentives are on the rise for employers, with 73% offering either incentives or disincentives in 2023. This may be fueled by growth in Lifestyle Spending Accounts (LSAs).

On this episode of the Business Group on Health podcast, we welcome Uri Gneezy, an expert in behavioral economics, to discuss his research on designing thoughtful incentives that can help individuals and organizations make lasting changes.
