Large Employers' Approach to Tobacco and Vaping in 2019
The purpose of this survey was to determine how large employers approach tobacco and vaping through policies, incentives/surcharges and communications. Sixty-three members of the Business Group responded to this survey, although the number may vary from question to question.

The Evolution of CVS Health’s Smoking Cessation Strategy
CVS transformed its approach to smoking cessation in 2014, ending the sale of tobacco products in its stores and researching new ways to incentivize its own members to quite tobacco for good. CVS studies show that retail stores taking tobacco off their shelves has real public health impact and sheds light on the most effective incentive structures to encourage employees to quit tobacco.
