Innovative Benefits in Latin America Survey Report
With the tightening labor markets, employers are using benefits as a way to stand out for talent. This survey report gives an overview of the innovative benefits employers are using in the Latin America region. Benefits include critical illness coverage, autism benefits, mental health services, leave, family-friendly benefits, telehealth/virtual health, transgender benefits, second opinion services and flexible benefit plans. Employers shared what they are doing across the region as well as at an individual country level (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Panama and Peru). The report looks at budget ownership, cost sharing, eligibility, rationale, stakeholders and vendor partners.
