Advocate & Protect
Advocate for the health, well-being, and workforce policies that support employers and employees on an ongoing basis. Protect employers’ ability to offer meaningful benefits through maintaining ERISA preemption, tax treatment, and design flexibility.
Support & Promote
Support sustainable integration of telehealth in the health care system, transformative payment and delivery reform, and other proposals and policies that advance Business Group health care objectives and promote affordable and sustainable prescription drug pricing.
Increase Efficiency & Design Flexibility
Increase efficiency and design flexibility for health savings accounts, health reimbursement arrangements, and health flexible spending arrangements, and simplify paid leave benefit design and administration.
