Trends to Watch

Employers are also growing increasingly concerned regarding other mental health needs, including youth and adolescent mental health (24% of employers will prioritize this in 2024) as well as suicide prevention. Additionally, employers continue to look at well-being holistically, inclusive of mental health, but also including the whole spectrum of well-being.
