CASMB and Business Group Letter (with Diverse Stakeholders) – No Surprises Act – Pre-IDR Regulation

The Business Group, as part of the Coalition Against Surprise Medical Billing (CASMB), urged the tri-agencies to continue protecting plan sponsors and employees as they consider new forthcoming rules regarding Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR). The signatories include 59 diverse organizations representing patients, consumers, unions, and employers.
