Life@ Program Delivery - Health & Wellbeing Program Manager Responsibilities

  • Oversee operational support for the PHT and Enterprise Well-being workstream within Life@
  • Plan Administration:
  • Manage and oversee all purchase requests and purchase orders and other required contracting-related responsibilities
  • Manage invoice reconciliation and purchase order creation for new/existing vendors
  • Responsible for maintaining the PHT audience report on quarterly basis and submitting tickets to update the Workday flag as needed
  • Function as liaison with Life@ Mental Health in regards to EAP Vendors resources and programs for FTEs
  • Gather key metrics for programs and consolidate data/information to present for review with primary stakeholders
  • Identify issues and conduct a thorough root cause analysis and provide recommendation
  • Manage and escalate system and processing issues and liaise with internal business partners on resolution
  • Conduct audits of data to ensure processes and policies are being managed effectively, and data quality is improved
  • Managing and maintaining PHT Engagement and Triage model, tracking and reporting on requests
  • Training:
  • Conduct educational sessions with teams, gather feedback, identify areas of improvement
  • Support Well-being, Resilience, Mental Health Onboarding - work with cross-functional partners to ensure execution, measurement and employee satisfaction
  • Communications:
  • Implement and maintain effective communication and education strategies with a focus on the employee experience
  • Manage content updates to programs on People Portal and other internal sites
  • Monitor and respond to Facebook Workplace group inquiries related to PHT and Enterprise Well-being
  • Project Management Support:
  • Coordinate projects and processes in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to implement & develop scalable solutions and ensure operational excellence
  • Provide project management support to scope and kick off new project initiatives
  • Drive process improvement activities, including process design, documentation, and training

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Benefits
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management
  • Experience in the tech industry
  • Interpersonal skills and collaborative work style, and experience building relationships
  • Task initiation, prioritization and completion
  • Communication skills
  • Experience processing design & build
  • Organization, coordination, and execution focused
  • Experience working with ambiguity and uncertainty
  • Experience setting expectations and boundaries with cross-functional based on team roadmap
  • Experience working independently and lead multiple projects simultaneously involving various groups/locations/vendors

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
