Benchmarking Calls

The National Business Group on Health offers members several conference call opportunities to connect directly with their peers exclusively in HR and Benefits as a way to benchmark, ask questions and discuss best practices on important topics. These member-driven benchmarking calls are focused on providing a safe, comfortable environment for members to speak candidly about their experiences and get ideas to improve or expand their own programs. Call opportunities include:

  • NBGH Employer Only Benchmarking – Peer-to-Peer Discussion on Current Benefit Topics

    These member-driven benchmarking calls moderated by the Business Group team, cover a wide range of health care, communications, well-being and workforce strategy topics. The calls provide a platform for all employer members to discuss relevant and timely issues in a setting that allows for candid conversation and sharing of ideas.

  • Industry Level Benchmarking Calls

    These calls focus on industry wide best practices on a variety of topics such as mental health, vendor management and plan design.
