Benchmarking Calls

The National Business Group on Health offers members several conference call opportunities to connect directly with their peers exclusively in HR and Benefits as a way to benchmark, ask questions and discuss best practices on important topics. These member-driven benchmarking calls are focused on providing a safe, comfortable environment for members to speak candidly about their experiences and get ideas to improve or expand their own programs. Call opportunities include:

  • Benefits Communications Benchmarking Conference Calls

    These calls create a virtual roundtable for benefits communicators to share successes and challenges in engaging employees and their families in health benefits and wellness programs.

  • Consumer Directed Health Care Conference Calls

    These calls provide a safe, confidential forum for HR/Benefits professionals at Business Group-member companies to share ideas, strategies and challenges in implementing a consumerism strategy.

  • Industry Level Benchmarking Calls

    These calls focus on industry wide best practices on a variety of topics such as mental health, vendor management and plan design. Current industry calls include: Manufacturing, Energy/Utilities, Telecommunications and Technology, Financial Services, Grocery and Consumer Products and Retail/Hospitality/Food Services.
