Ask a Benefits Question serves Business Group members by providing answers to their pressing benefits questions. The service is designed to allow any HR/Benefits Professional from Business Group member companies to ask Business Group staff for answers to challenging benefit questions. By compiling research, fielding quick surveys, or setting up benchmarking calls, the Business Group will help you find an answer to your question.

A: Yes, large employers are predicting health care increases of about 6% in 2018, but expect to be able to maintain cost increases at 5% for the fifth year in a row through plan design changes.
