The Best Employers Award: Excellence in Health and Well-Being recognizes companies for their outstanding commitment to advancing employee well-being through comprehensive and innovative benefits and initiatives. The award criteria assesses applicants on their approach to:

• Leadership, culture and well-being strategy;
• Holistic well-being;
• Engagement and the employee experience;
• Health inclusion and social determinants;
• Metrics and evaluation.

Award applicants can also submit for further recognition in the following categories: 

• Excellence in Mental Health;
• Excellence in Health Inclusion;
• Excellence in Global Health & Well-being.
