The purpose of this survey was to determine how employers support their employees through family-friendly benefit offerings.

A total of 56 large employer members of Business Group on Health responded to this survey. The purpose of this survey was to determine how employers support their employees through familyfriendly benefit offerings. This survey looks specifically at a variety of benefits offered from preconception through early childhood. It also looks at benefits offered to employees caring for a child with disabilities as well as elder and adult care benefits.

  • Eighty-seven percent of large employers offer some type of fertility benefits. Nearly all (90%) of those employers offer equitable coverage of fertility benefits for all employees regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or marital status.
