This members-only report examines how employers are implementing well-being strategies in 2025. Based on survey data from 131 employers that collectively employ 11.2 million employees worldwide, the findings highlight the employers’ perspectives on the present and future state of employer-sponsored well-being program strategies and tactics. The survey results uncovered the ways that employers are approaching well-being across their entire workforce.
