Based on survey data from 125 large employers covering over 17.1 million individuals in the United States, the findings highlight the numerous priorities facing employers. Amidst rising inflation in the health care sector, an increasing burden of chronic conditions, and the demand for innovative yet costly treatments, the survey examined strategies to reduce costs, enhance outcomes, and improve the employee experience.
