The Business Group launched its inaugural 2020 Large Employers' Leave Strategy and Transformation Survey to examine the vitally important leave landscape. This report identifies leading practices, shared priorities and challenges, and insights on how leave programs will transform in the coming years. Employers provided critical information on their leave strategy, the implications of state and local leave laws, benchmarks for parental leave, caregiver leave and other trending leave benefits. Employers with a global presence were invited to share their approach to creating a global policy on leave. These results reflect the leave benefits and strategies of 113 large employers.
