Our Awards are on hiatus for 2021 and will come back refreshed for the 2022 award cycle. During this break we are updating award criteria to reflect a health equity perspective along with post-pandemic learnings and best practices.

Recognizing that benefits and well-being leaders are facing unprecedented demands, we hope the break from award applications allows member companies an opportunity to reflect on their most impactful initiatives and bring that knowledge to the next award cycle.

Best Employers

Best Employers: Excellence in Health & Well-being awards recognize companies for their innovative and comprehensive approaches to employee, family, and community health and well-being. There is a  Global Distinction  component for companies with established, culturally aware approaches to positively support the holistic health and well-being of their global employees and families. The objectives of the award are to:

  • Promote external and internal recognition of effective initiatives and best practices; and
  • Provide a forum for sharing and comparing solutions, outcomes and success strategies.

The Helen Darling Award

The Helen Darling Award: Excellence in Health Care Value and Innovation recognizes outstanding employers that encourage the implementation of innovations that promote the efficient and cost-effective use of health care resources while demonstrating a track record of enhancing the employee health care experience and creating sustainable and high value programs.
