Room Block Policy

The 2026 Annual Conference room block at the Sheraton New Orleans is available to registered conference attendees only. The 3 registrant per company limit for health industry partners also applies to the room block. The link to make reservations is included in your conference registration confirmation email.

Please note: Companies not affiliated with Business Group on Health have been marketing that they can assist members with securing hotel rooms at the conference site. Please do not engage with these organizations. The room block for our conference is ONLY available to 2026 Annual Conference registrants. Kiosk sponsors are able to brand the backwall panel and the front counter panel of their kiosk. ALL print ready artwork files are due no later than March 31, 2026. Artwork received after the deadline will incur a rush fee.

Please note: if the sponsor chooses to add a monitor to their space, the backwall graphic dimensions will change.
