Our Leadership Team
Ellen provides executive leadership direction for the organization.

Pamela is responsible for leading well-being and workforce strategy efforts, the Leadership Forum on Employee Experience and the Podcast.
Jennelle is responsible for leading Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness efforts.
Magda is responsible for leading our Cost & Delivery Institute focused on health care cost trends, delivery system transformation, evidence-based benefits design, and pharmacy strategy.
Martha is responsible for finance and operations work for the Business Group.
