Tuition Reimbursement and Student Loan Assistance
The purpose of this survey was to learn whether employers offer tuition reimbursement programs, student loan assistance or student loan counseling. The survey looks specifically at program eligibility and structure, as well as reimbursement maximums. Thirty-three members of the Business Group responded to this survey, although the number may vary from question to question.

Employee Emergency Relief Funds
The purpose of this survey is to determine how many employers offer ERFs and how they are managed. The survey looks at how ERFs are financed, employee eligibility requirements for withdrawals, policies/guidelines employers have around ERFs, and how ERFs are administered. Twenty-five members of the Business Group responded to this survey.

The purpose of this survey is to determine how employers provide access to financial well-being programs to their employees. The survey specifically looks at how financial well-being programs are managed, what services are offered, incentives for encouraging use and guidelines around employee access to these services. Assisting Employees With Student Loan Debt
The purpose of this survey is to discover whether employers’ financial education/ counseling services are able to assist employees with student loan debt. In addition, the survey asks employers whether they offer a financial assistance program to help employees pay off student load debt. Thirty-five members of the Business Group responded to this survey.
