Quick Survey Findings: Workplace Foodscape
The purpose of this survey was to learn how employers are managing the ever-changing workplace foodscape. The survey looks specifically at corporate nutrition policies and strategies used to improve employee nutrition in and out of the workplace, as well as vending practices. Forty-nine members of the Business Group responded to this survey, although the number may vary from question to question.

This new addition to the Promoting Healthy Weight Through Healthy Dining at Work toolkit, provides guidance for employers in developing the RFP as well as assistance with contract negotiation to get the best arrangement from suppliers. This RFP guidance is broken into two parts, the first part is employer information for the potential supplier and the second part includes sample RFP questions for the supplier to address in regards to the café, catering services, vending, stores or grab n go kiosks.
