Joint Letter to Senate Leadership Supporting Pre-Deductible Coverage of Telehealth in HDHPs

The Business Group, joining other payors, telehealth providers, insurers, providers, etc., sent a joint letter to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-NY) supporting inclusion of a provision in the next COVID-19 legislation that would permit employers and health plans to cover telehealth services pre-deductible in Health Savings Account-eligible high deductible health plans during this health care crisis.
