Joint Letter to Senator Daines (R-MT) and Cortez Masto (D-NV) Supporting the Telehealth Expansion Act of 2021

The Business Group, as a member of Partnership for Employer-Sponsored Coverage, sent a letter in support of the Telehealth Expansion Act of 2021 (S. 1704) that would expand access to telehealth services in the employment-based health coverage market and provide continuity of care beyond 2021.

Specifically, the Business Group supports the flexibility to provide first-dollar coverage of telehealth services permanently for employees enrolled in a high deductible health plan (HDHP) coupled with a health savings account (HSA).
