For the eighth year, the National Business Group on Health has partnered with Alight Solutions and Kantar Consulting to conduct the annual Consumer Health Mindset Study. This year’s study found that although consumers are more engaged in their health care decisions than they have been in the past, they are still confused about health insurance and on whether or not they're making the right decisions. The study provides insights into the top questions employers wish they had the answers to when it comes to understanding and influencing their consumers – meaning the employees and dependents covered by their health plans.
