ACOs Driving a Better Health Care Experience: New Innovations and Promising Practices

Accountable care organizations (ACOs) across the country are making strides to improve patient experience, while tackling costs and improving quality. These efforts are benefiting both patients and providers through highly integrated programs, better access to data and health records, improved communication practices, new provider incentives, and other promising strategies aimed at improving the health care experience.

The webinar will feature:

  • Specific ways two ACOs deliver a better patient experience than standard health care delivery models;
  • The impact of ACO and employer program integration (e.g., pharmacy, behavioral health, Centers of Excellence, on-site health centers) on care coordination;
  • New approaches for improving the patient experience for low-, medium- and high-risk employees enrolled in an ACO;
  • An overview of Business Group resources to help employers build their own approach to implementing an ACO strategy.
