This report showcases the findings of a global large employer survey on how employees are supported in Brazil. This survey focuses specifically on health and well-being benefits, family and caregiver benefits, eligibility requirements, and benefit vendors.
- Large employers offer a wide variety of health and well-being benefits to employees in Brazil. In particular, respondents reported offering resilience, mindfulness, stress or sleep programs (67%), childcare assistance (58%), and financial education or counseling (56%).
- Over 70% of large employers offer telehealth through their health carrier, and 64% offer telemental health to employees.
