Medtronic has integrated its global well-being platform, Healthier Together, and local efforts in Ireland (Park Life). The company engaged senior leadership and line managers to get buy-in into well-being. Medtronic had several departments collaborate and engage wellness champions to implement its global well-being strategy effectively.

Healthier Together is Medtronic's branded global well-being strategy and platform powered by Virgin Pulse. The includes a website and app for employees to engage in the company's holistic well-being initiatives and access relevant resources to live healthier lives. The suite includes rewards and a variety of engagement opportunities (e.g., physical activity, sleep, volunteer and diversity activities). In Ireland, Park Life well-being events promote Healthier Together suite to raise employee awareness of the offering. Other local efforts including personalized flexible benefit packages, "Back Up" Benefit for musculoskeletal disorders, cancer prevention, testing and care advocacy, mindfulness, financial well-being coaching, mental health care access and education.
