Since March 2020, American workers have saved about 89 million work days from not commuting as frequently or at all, says Dr. Ashley Whillans. And yet many of us still struggle with too much to do and too little time to do it. In this episode of the Business Group on Health podcast, we speak with Dr. Whillans about our most valuable and finite resource: time. She shares common traps that leave us feeling ‘time poor’, as well as countermeasures to help increase our time affluence and happiness.
