Is returning to the workplace on the horizon? With COVID-19 cases falling and vaccination numbers rising, heading back to the office suddenly seems plausible. But how and when this can happen depends on a number of factors, including the effectiveness of vaccines at reducing virus transmission. In this episode of the Business Group on Health Podcast, we speak with Dr. Leana Wen about the factors influencing an employer’s return to work strategy, as well as why a constant revaluation of that strategy is critical.
