Business Group Submits Comments on Proposed Transparency in Coverage Regulations

The Business Group, in response to proposed regulations on disclosure of cost-sharing information, in-network provider negotiated rates, and historical out-of-network allowed amounts, submitted comments encouraging agencies to foster a more transparent health care system with respect to pricing and quality of care.
