The Business Group on Health 2024 Annual Conference convened nearly 700 employers and industry stakeholders to explore the latest trends in health care cost and delivery, well‐being, and workforce strategy. Over three days, the group collaborated, celebrated and built community around a shared commitment to advance the future of workforce health.

• Collaboration: Alongside their partners, employer health and well-being leaders shared how they address the biggest challenges in the landscape of employer-sponsored benefits. From ensuring value in health care, improving health equity and driving change in the pharmacy benefits model, to tackling the mental health crisis and leveraging technology to advance affordable, quality health care, no stone was left unturned.
• Celebration: We honored the fifty-four winners of the Best Employers: Excellence in Health and Well-being Award for their outstanding commitment to advancing employee well-being through comprehensive and innovative benefits and initiatives. The award honors the importance of health equity and reflects the evolution of holistic well-being approaches
  
  We also announced the winner of the Helen Darling Award for Excellence in Health Care Value and Innovation which recognizes one outstanding employer that exemplifies leadership in driving value in health care, novel approaches to health benefits, and a commitment to prioritizing quality in benefit programs.
• Community: 2024 marks the 50th anniversary of Business Group on Health. Since its inception, the Business Group has been the preeminent organization representing employers on the most critical health and well-being issues. We are proud to continue to lead a vibrant community of employers and health industry partners dedicated to improving workforce strategy through innovative health, benefits and well-being solutions, influencing health policy, and driving change together to improve health outcomes.
