Survey of 184 large employers that focused on how well-being is evolving for 2024 and beyond.

The benefits of providing well-being resources to employees, along with fostering a supportive culture, are well-established. While well-being was a priority long before COVID-19, the attention paid to well-being during the pandemic has only grown and is now more important than ever. Employers can draw on many years of experience as they revisit their approaches to well-being and make adjustments that are reflective of the diverse needs of their employees.

Between December 2022 and January 2023, Business Group on Health and Fidelity Workplace Consulting surveyed 184 employers on their well-being initiatives and perspectives on the future.
