For 17 years, Business Group on Health has recognized leading employers for their outstanding commitment to advancing employee well-being through comprehensive, innovative benefits and initiatives. This year, we reimagined the award criteria to reflect a global perspective and to integrate and honor the importance of health equity and the employee experience. We also expanded the award program to honor employers with additional awards for excellence in three categories: Mental Health, Health Equity and Global Health & Well-being. This report shares top approaches and notable practices from this year’s Best Employers.
