The 2022 Alight International Workforce and Wellbeing Mindset Report—developed by Alight Solutions in collaboration with Business Group on Health—focused on the well-being and experiences of employees as well as the culture, total rewards and workplace technology at large companies.

For the first time, this study collected responses from employees outside the U.S. The findings are based on 10,000 responses collected at the beginning of 2022 from the U.S., U.K., France, Germany and The Netherlands.
