Regional Meetings

Each year, Business Group on Health hosts a series of Regional Meetings. Primarily employer-only events, the meetings convene global and regional health, well-being and benefits leaders for timely discussions focused on health care cost and delivery, well-being and workforce strategy. Attendees represent multinational employers from a wide variety of industry sectors.

Asia Pacific Regional Meeting

Date:11 September, 2024

Time: 2pm - 5pm local time in Singapore and China, 11:30am - 2:30pm local time in India

In this virtual meeting, attendees will learn about the most pressing issues facing employers with employees based in the Asia Pacific region, including how to improve health outcomes, ensure inclusive and equitable care and enhance the employee experience. Participants will be able to share their own experiences and ask questions of their peers.

  • Creating a Culture of Change Learn how employers enlist regional and country-specific benefit programs to create corporate alignment for enterprise-scale initiatives.
  • The Key to Effective Well-being Strategies In this collaborative discussion, employers share how they weave well-being programs together to deliver a cohesive and consistent benefits experience for employees with varying needs.
  • The Latest in Family Forming Benefits Discover how leading employers identify the most impactful family forming offerings across multiple geographies, while always ensuring global consistency and optimal experience.

Attendees for this event will include Asia Pacific-based global benefits leaders, as well as those with direct responsibility for health, well-being and benefit programs within the Asia Pacific region.

Latin America Regional Meeting

Date: November 7, 2024

Time: 2pm – 5pm Eastern Time Zone

Location: In person in Miami, FL with virtual option available

In this meeting, health and well-being benefit professionals will be discussing some of the biggest challenges they face in providing benefits and programs that meet the needs of their employees located in Latin America. In-person participants will be invited to a networking reception following the meeting.
