Registration

Member rate: Early Bird (on or before February 1, 2023) $900. Standard Rate: $1,200. On-site Rate: $1,500. Non-member rate: Early bird (on or before February 1, 2023) $1,650. Regular rate: $1,950. On-site Rate: $2,250.

Eligibility: The Annual Conference is open to Business Group on Health members and nonmembers. Due to high demand, there is a 3-person per company limit for all industry partners. This limit does not apply to internal-facing benefits professionals and employer registrants. Conference speakers, sponsor pass holders, and Business Group Primary Institute and Board Members also do not count towards the limit.

The Business Group is offering a 10% discount to organizations that register three or more internal-facing benefits professionals for the Annual Conference in one transaction. The discount will automatically be applied at checkout.

Business Group Primary Institute and Board Members receive a $300 discount off the above listed member rates at the time of registration. Discounted Business Group Primary Institute and Board Members’ registrations cannot be combined with the 10% discount above. The discount is applied automatically upon registration based on member login credentials.
