The Best Employers Award: Excellence in Health and Well-Being recognizes companies for their outstanding commitment to advancing employee well-being through comprehensive and innovative benefits and initiatives. The award criteria assesses applicants on their approach to:

Leadership, culture and well-being strategy;
Holistic well-being;
Engagement and the employee experience;
Health equity and social determinants;
Metrics and evaluation.

Award applicants can also submit for further recognition in the following categories:

Excellence in Mental Health;
Excellence in Health Equity;
Excellence in Global Health & Well-being.

Application Period

Award application officially opens September 5, 2024

Companies planning to apply can review a PDF version of the application starting July 15, 2024

Award application closes November 15, 2024
Award winners will be notified by February 21, 2025
Awards will be publicly announced at the Business Group on Health 2025 Annual Conference on April 22, 2025
