Global employers are moving away from programs focusing only on physical health and wellness to those with a more holistic well-being approach. In particular, global employers have evidence that their employees feel financially insecure: 81% do not think they have enough money for retirement or financial security if unable to work and 77% do not feel they can meet the needs of their family. Technology platforms may be key to helping employees achieve financial security.
