Key stakeholders in employer-sponsored health care discuss the most pressing issues in health care cost and delivery, well‐being, and workforce strategy facing employers today.

According to a new report from IQVIA Institute, cancer incidence is expected to rise significantly through 2050, up to 60%. This is of particular concern for employers as the 2024 Large Employer Health Care Strategy Survey showed cancer to be the top condition driving costs for employers for the second year in a row.

In this installment of the Thought Leadership Series, Corrie Zenzola and Magda Rusinowski tackle this increasingly complex topic, focusing on today’s challenges, including health care delivery, as well as areas of opportunity like prevention, treatment and patient and caregiver experience, where employers can make the most valuable impact.
