Sponsorship Opportunities for Each Meeting

For each of the 2025 regional meetings, we have two (2) Thought Leadership Sponsor Slots available. Each Thought Leadership sponsorship includes an opportunity to present at the meeting with an in-region client speaker on a program or solution that supports the populations in that region.

To sponsor, partners must submit a session proposal. We strongly encourage potential sponsors to submit a proposal on one of the following topics:

• Chronic Condition Management: Support for conditions like cancer, diabetes, and musculoskeletal issues.
• Cost Management and Financial Strategies for Benefits and Well-being: Strategic approaches to contain rising health care costs and the use of innovative financing options, such as captive models, to enhance the delivery of benefits strategy.
• Leave and Absence: Parental leave, caregiving, long-term absence, etc. 
• Well-being Strategies: Financial resilience and support, mental health, physical health, and other well-being priorities.
• Innovative Benefit Offerings: LSAs, health equity offerings, on-site services or navigation.
• Other: Submit an emerging trend for consideration.
