Fifteen employers responded to the U.K. survey, conducted between July 25 and August 22, 2023. This survey examines perquisites in the areas of financial assistance, transportation, flexibility, on-site well-being and other conveniences, work/life, family/caregiving, employee happiness and voluntary benefits offered to employees based in the U.K.
