Nineteen employers responded to this survey, conducted between July 25 and August 22, 2023. This survey examines perquisites, also called perks, in the areas of financial assistance, transportation, workplace flexibility, on-site well-being, on-site conveniences, work/life, family/caregiving, employee happiness and voluntary benefits offered in Canada.
