The results of the 2020 Large Employers’ Leave Strategy and Transformation Survey revealed many important benchmarks, including:
- Shared challenges that are top of mind among large employers regarding state and local paid leave laws and leave management;
- Efforts to successfully navigate the challenges of offering paid leave to a global workforce; and
- Plans for continued expansion of paid leave benefits and program design.
