In-person care, telehealth, and apps, oh my! With so many care delivery choices available to patients, when does it make sense to engage virtually and when is it best to leave the screen behind? In our conversation with Dr. Ateev Mehrotra, hospitalist and associate professor in the Department of Health Care Policy at Harvard Medical School, we explore the explosion of virtual care during the COVID-19 pandemic and the opportunities and challenges that it presents.
