Mergers, acquisitions and divestitures have become a fact of life for almost all global corporations and are primary strategies for company growth. In some transactions, the purchasing company’s organizational structure and guiding principles are maintained as the companies merge. Although every deal is different, topics such as communication, benefit harmonization and integration and timing should be part of the conversation. In these interviews four member companies share their views and experiences and some common themes emerge.
