As companies become increasingly global, employers are searching for ways to improve the health and productivity of their employees around the world by implementing employee assistance programs (EAPs) globally.

The Global Institute staff identified vendors that provided employee assistance programs in all or most regions of the world. Vendors that serviced at least half of Global Institute target countries were contacted for a one-hour phone interview in order to learn more about their capabilities. Those that met these criteria and agreed to be featured in the below document are listed.

Vendor Service Comparison Chart. This chart lists vendor face-to-face capabilities by country. Vendors also provided information about telephonic and web-based capabilities, and can provide those services in most locations around the world. As face-to-face capabilities appeared to be more of a differentiator, only those services are listed here for ease of comparison.

Chart of Global, Local and Regional Vendors. For employers that prefer to implement employee assistance programs on a regional or country-specific basis, this chart is a compilation of global, regional and local vendors in each target country.
