Business Group on Health submitted a statement for the record for the House Ways & Means Subcommittee on Health in regards to their February 25, 2025 hearing, "Modernizing American Health Care: Creating Healthy Options and Better Incentives." In our submission, the Business Group provided an overview of alternative arrangements discussed in the hearing (ICHRAs, HSAs, DPC and areas where they intersect), how employers utilize them and why it is important, as policymakers consider changes in this area, to ensure that reforms support cost and access to care as well as maintain the viability and stability of employer-sponsored health plans and group insurance.
