Women's Health: Taking Action on Critical Health Challenges
Women spend about 25% more time in poor health than men, often during their working years.1 Recognizing that some health issues are more prevalent or severe in women, employers are responding to better support this part of their workforce.
Join this discussion to share how your organization supports women facing health challenges and exchange ideas and strategies to improve women's health in these areas:
- Conditions that impact women uniquely and/or more prevalently (mental health, cardiac conditions, autoimmune disorders);
- Cancer (breast, cervical and other women-specific cancers);
- Gynecological and related conditions (menopause, endometriosis, menstruation, PCOS);
- Family-forming and maternal support; and
- Caregiving demands.
